- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Good written communication skills with attention to clarity and brand tone.
- Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content performance factors.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads (campaign structure, creatives, targeting basics)
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to email marketing or marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Write clear and engaging captions aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and identify relevant conversations.
- Track post performance and suggest improvements based on data insights and trends.
- Support SEO activities including keyword research and basic on-page optimization (meta titles, descriptions, internal linking).
- Coordinate with writers and designers for content optimization.
- Assist in running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads); basic understanding of Google Ads is sufficient.
- Support landing page reviews and provide basic CRO suggestions.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and content ideas.
- Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and leads.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and performance focus across all marketing initiatives.
