Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring smooth deployment, scalability, and reliability of applications. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery. Automate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability. Monitor applications and systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. Apply best practices for containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. Maintain version control and branching strategies with Git. Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes are in place. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-4 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. Strong experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
