DevOps and Backend Engineer - AI

Experience: 3-5 years | Location: Bangalore | IMMEDIATE JOINING | AI exposure


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong DevOps capabilities. This role is not

focused on core product feature development, but instead owns end-to-end deployment,

infrastructure, and backend enablement.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with backend engineering and DevOps

responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end deployment pipelines and release workflows
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support backend systems
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Handle infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and stability
  • Support backend services used across internal tools and platforms
  • Work with modern developer tools (Cursor, cloud tooling, etc.)
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and deployment reliability


Required Skills:

  • Strong backend engineering fundamentals (any language except Node.js)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation
  • Solid understanding of LLD, backend workflows, and system reliability
  • Comfortable working across backend + infrastructure boundaries


Tech Stack (Flexible):

Backend: Java / Python / Go / any backend tech (except Node.js)

Cloud: Microsoft Azure

DevOps: CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring

Tools: Modern IDEs, developer productivity tools


Interview Process:

2–3 Rounds, including:

  • Coding (practical backend-focused)
  • Low-Level Design (LLD)
  • Basic coding and system understanding
  • DevOps and deployment discussions
