Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Next.js Front-End Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building modern, scalable, and high‑performance web applications using Next.js, React.js, and modern front-end tooling. You will work closely with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, fast, and optimized user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js.
  • Architect and optimize web pages for high performance, SEO, and scalability.
  • Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
  • Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) strategies.
  • Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).
  • Ensure pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation with attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user engagement and overall experience.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing front-end systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with evolving web development trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Next.js and React.js.
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development.
  • Hands-on experience with SSR and SSG models.
  • State management expertise (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
  • Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel) and package managers (NPM/Yarn).
  • Strong experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and container-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Netlify.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
