Developer III - Enterprise Solutions

Role Description Job Summary We are looking for a Java/Angular Full Stack Developer to join the Framework Team under the Enterprise Architecture division. This role focuses on designing and developing reusable frameworks, backend services, and developer tools that enable scalable and secure solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend and full-stack development experience, including Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, and will be passionate about engineering excellence, best practices, and architecture-level contributions. Roles And Responsibilities Core Development Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise-grade, reusable frameworks and libraries using Java (8+) and Spring Boot. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs aligned with microservices architecture and security standards. Create scalable backend components and integrate with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB). Develop frontend components using Angular (8+) for platform tools and internal services. Build and support containerized applications using Docker, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Architecture & Collaboration Collaborate with architects, DevOps, product teams, and security engineers to align frameworks with enterprise goals. Drive adoption of secure coding practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and API security. Participate in code reviews, define development standards, and contribute to reusable service designs. Assist in troubleshooting production issues, conducting RCA, and improving system performance. Agile & Delivery Estimate effort and timelines for user stories and tasks. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), manage deliverables, and ensure quality through unit testing (95%+ coverage). Create and maintain technical documentation including design, configuration, deployment, and testing steps. Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship Mentor junior developers and onboard new team members. Contribute to internal seminars, reusability initiatives, and framework/hackathon activities. Must-Have Skills 5?8 years of professional experience in Java-based software development. Expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and related components (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security). Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture. Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and API-level security. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB). Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA) skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Angular (version 8+) for frontend development. Exposure to Node.js for backend/middleware solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience contributing to enterprise-wide architecture initiatives or developer frameworks.
