Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Developer with 6 to 10 years of expertise in Automation and MS Power Automate along with domain experience in Networks. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative projects that enhance our network solutions driving efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions using MS Power Automate to streamline network processes and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network automation strategies that align with company goals.
Analyze existing network systems to identify opportunities for automation and recommend enhancements.
Provide technical expertise in the integration of automation tools within network environments to optimize performance.
Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure reliability and address any issues promptly.
Document automation workflows and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future improvements.
Conduct regular assessments of network automation solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
Support the development of best practices for network automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation projects.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the companys network automation capabilities.
Train and mentor junior team members in automation techniques and best practices.
Report on automation project progress and outcomes to management highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Automation and MS Power Automate with proven experience in developing and deploying solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in network domain with the ability to understand and address complex network challenges.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating user-friendly guides.
Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest automation technologies.
Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
