Job Description
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and handling IT hardware such as high-end workstations, PCs, laptops, printers, and other related equipment. Experience in Government, PSU, or corporate environments will be preferred.

- Installation and support of Windows and Linux operating systems and associated applications

- Good understanding of end-user IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and regional languages (as per location)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
