Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical turbines in the thermal power plant
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of turbine equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical challenges
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance overall team competency
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and budget utilization
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical turbine operations and maintenance
