Job Description

Responsibilities

To work with the operations team for Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) Benefit and other Incentives Schemes
Knowledge of other Govt. benefits including various licenses i.e. EPCG/ Advance License
Import Export procedures and documentations.
To liaise with Customs Dept, DGFT and other Statutory Authority as & when required
Prepare and presented weekly & monthly MIS reports across top management.
Review impact of custom/ DGFT notifications circulars and implementation of such changes within shortest possible time.
Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities
Control and maintenance / closure of licenses i.e. EPCG License/ Advance Licenses etc
To ensure Imports clearance under EPCG/ Advance License/ IGCR/ other custom benefit notifications
Knowledge of invalidation and closure process
Tracking of Govt Licenses, process of re-validation, invalidation process, closure.
Ability to work under high pressure due to tight timelines

Qualifications

Professional preferably Chartered Accountant having 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP (FI, MM, SD Modules must)

Expert in Excel and large data analysis
