Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate salary accounts for the bank
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate business
- Understand the financial needs of corporate clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by corporate clients
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or relationship management in the banking industry
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Additional Parameters
- Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Experience in handling corporate salary accounts will be preferred.
