Medicaps University invites applications from eligible and experienced professionals for the position of Deputy Director – Industry Relations & Career Advancement in the Office of Corporate Relations & Placement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with industry, corporate partners, and recruiters.
• Drive internships, live projects, and placement opportunities across programs.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies and employer engagement initiatives.
• Map industry requirements with student competencies and recommend training interventions.
• Lead career advancement programs including employability enhancement and professional readiness.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with companies for sustained engagement.
• Monitor placement metrics, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with academic departments, placement coordinators, student placement coordinators, alumni, and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Postgraduate degree in Management / Engineering / relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in corporate relations, placements, talent acquisition, or industry engagement.
• Proven track record of working with recruiters and achieving placement outcomes.
• Experience in higher education will be preferred.
