Role Overview
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation and pipeline growth through paid marketing channels. The role requires hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (search & display), and Meta Ads with a strong focus on ROI and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
· Generate high-quality leads and drive marketing pipeline growth
· Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates
· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages
· Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the marketing and sales teams
Required Skills
· Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
· Strong understanding of B2B lead generation campaigns
· Experience managing performance marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns
· Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
Good to Have
· Experience in SaaS or product companies
· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
