Responsibilities

• Pick up groceries and other products from Big Basket's designated warehouse.
• Deliver orders to customers' addresses accurately and on time.
• Verify customer details and order information before delivery.
• Ensure the safe and secure handling of all items during transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns.
• Collect payments from customers when required and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any discrepancies to Big Basket's management.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Represent Big Basket professionally and courteously at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 10th Pass.
• 0 - 6 months of experience in delivery roles, preferably with Big Basket.
• Valid driver's license and a two-wheeler for delivery purposes.
• Good knowledge of Noida's local areas and routes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
