Reports to: Merchandising Manager

Overview:

The Data & Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our ETL pipelines and reporting tools. This role ensures data integrity, supports analytics needs, and delivers dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across the Supply chain, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Operations. This role also requires hands-on ownership of our complex ETL processes that extract, transform, and load data from Excel/Google Sheets into SQL databases, feeding key Tableau dashboards and business planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

ETL & Data Systems

  • Repair, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines moving data from Excel/Google Sheets into MS SQL.
  • Document processes to ensure ongoing reliability and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL issues to ensure timely, accurate data availability.
  • Enhance automation and efficiency of recurring data loads using SSIS, SQL, and scripts.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics (inventory, demand planning, production, allocation, pricing).Handle ad hoc data requests and deliver analysis to support decision-making.mail
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and data flows, implementing enhancements.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in ETL, data analysis, or BI reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
  • Proven experience with SSIS and ETL processes.
  • Tableau proficiency (dashboards, calculations; Tableau Prep an asset).Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (including scripting).
  • Knowledgeable in Netsuite an asset
  • Ability to manage large, complex datasets from multiple sources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • ETL, data analysis, or BI reporting: 3 years (Required)
  • Retail industry: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)
