Job Description: Data Science & AI Lead Location: Bengaluru Experience: 7+ Years Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in CS, Data Science, or related domain About the role: Responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop scalable and robust data science architectures. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the strategic data science and AI roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI/ML specialists Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data science and AI/ML models and applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, product) to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives Define and implement robust data governance, quality, and security practices Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science and AI/ML solutions Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategies Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and AI Mentor and develop the data science and AI/ML team members Continuously improve data science and AI/ML processes and methodologies Requirements: 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects and solutions Proficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data science/AI tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Strong understanding of cloud computing, data engineering, and software development lifecycles Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Industry certifications in data science, machine learning, or AI/GenAI (e.g., AWS Certified Data Scientist, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains Experience in product development, project management, or business consulting
