Data Protection Consultant

Seeking skilled DPDP Specialists to join our organization. The Data Protection Consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DPDP Act , developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures, and conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures

- Conduct risk assessments, Business Activity Assessments to identify potential privacy gaps.

- Work Closely with Client stakeholders to assess Privacy posture, identify gaps and provide remediations

- Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations

- Provide training to employees on data protection best practices

- Design and Implement Data principal rights management process and tools

- Work with tech and compliance teams to ensure compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR and DPDPA

- Stay up-to-date on data protection laws and regulations and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

- Experience in information technology , data protection or information security or relevant domain.

- Good understanding of data protection laws and regulations

- Good understanding of business process and Privacy Controls

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Open to Travel

These positions are based in Noida HQ, Chennai and Mumbai and is Work from office.
