The successful candidate shall be placed at Pune Location. It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work. Data Engineer willing to work on a 12-month contract/full-time may apply.

Role Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst (DA AC) with strong experience in claims data and commercial datasets. The role involves hands-on analytics, building data-driven insights, and leading the development of analytical frameworks while working closely with a team of data scientists and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of analytical frameworks to solve business problems
• Perform hands-on analysis of claims data and commercial datasets
• Write and optimize SQL queries to answer complex business questions
• Use Python for data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling
• Apply basic machine learning algorithms for predictive and descriptive analytics
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across analyses

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles
• Strong experience working with claims data
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data extraction
• Experience with commercial datasets
• Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work hands-on while guiding and collaborating with a team

Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services domains
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
