Job Role

We are hiring Team Leaders to manage daily operations in Reliances grocery dark store.

Your Work Will Include

Handling a team of 1015 workers
Making sure all online orders are picked, packed & sent on time
Checking stock regularly and keeping items arranged
Informing manager if any item is finished or low
Maintaining discipline and smooth work in the store

Who Can Apply

Must have at least 1 year experience in a Dark Store like Blinkit / Instamart / Zepto or any similar store
Able to manage team and shift work
Basic knowledge of phone/Excel is a plus
Should be local and available for immediate joining
