We are hiring Associates for our International Voice Process
π Role Details:
- Designation: Customer Support
- Experience: 1-3 years in International Voice Process/ Excellent Communication
- Education Eligibility:Any Graduate

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and deliver results both individually & as part of a team

- Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
