Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Freshers Experienced)

Lyros is hiring freshers and Experienced for a leading Top MNC for the role of Customer Support Executive .

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers
  • Any 10+2 , Graduation/Post Graduation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in US rotational shifts

Job Details

  • CTC: 3 - 6 LPA
  • Shift: US Rotational Shifts / UK Shifts
  • Work Days: 5 days a week
  • Transport: 2-way cab facility provided

Role Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally via voice/chat/email
  • Provide timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
