About the Company

Primebook is an innovative tech brand by Floydwiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., founded by IIT Delhi alumni Aman Verma and Chitranshu Mahant. We design Android-based laptops tailored for young learners in India, making digital education more affordable and accessible.


Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across voice and chat channels in a timely and professional

manner.

• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong customer-centric approach.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Flexibility to work on weekends as per business requirements.


Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream(Full/Part-time)

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support through chat and call, preferably in the tech

industry.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with the Android ecosystem.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
