Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Support Executive based in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for supporting customer communication, order coordination, and sales activities while building strong relationships with clients.
You will:
- Handle customer support and respond to client queries.
- Assist in order coordination, order tracking, and communication with customers.
- Support sales activities, including basic follow-ups and reporting.
- Apply a basic understanding of wire harness products in day-to-day work.
- Use Excel and basic CRM tools for order and client data management.
You have:
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support or sales.
- A post degree (MBA in marketing).
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of wire harness products (preferred).
- Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, MS Office).
Extra points if you also:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Have prior exposure to B2B customer support or sales.
- Are proactive and able to work independently.
