Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage end-to-end operational and support activities for our dealer network. The role involves dealer onboarding, issue resolution, internal coordination, and ensuring high service quality and dealer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for dealers for operational and support-related queries.
Coordinate dealer onboarding, documentation, and system access.
Handle service requests, complaints, and escalations within defined timelines.
Coordinate with technical, field, and backend teams for issue resolution.
Track device installation, activation, tagging, and service status.
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, tickets, and resolutions.
Provide regular status updates and basic reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, dealer support, operations, or a related role.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities..
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
