This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based in Budapest, Hungary.

What you’ll do:

Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.
Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Prepare quotations, track offers and follow up on interactions to maximize opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer data in SAP CRM and assist with order progression.
Promote digital tools and solutions to enhance customer engagement
Manage customer order changes and interactions with external Sales, finance and supply chain teams

Your background:

1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (a degree in Engineering or Customer Services is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Training will be provided but interest and experience in mechanical / electrical products and applications, or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels within similar industries is a bonus
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to build trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset

Our products and applications are technical in nature, and while full training will be provided, an interest and experience in mechanical/electrical products and applications, or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels in similar industries is a strong advantage.
