Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Customer Service Executive at Tata Capital. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer queries, resolving complaints, maintaining records of communication, and supporting the development of customer service programs to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
- Expertise in delivering excellent Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Service Management to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in building positive customer relationships and providing proactive Customer Service
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
