About The Project
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent based in Chennai to join us on a full-time basis.
You will play a key role in supporting our learners and will be part of an exciting journey as we set up a new location from the ground up.

About The Project

Your role
- Acting as the first point of contact for our learners via email or on site, Monday to Saturday
- Providing guidance in course selection and supporting participants with their questions
- Ensuring learner satisfaction through efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented support
- Coordinating administrative tasks and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations
- Strong service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for working with adult learners
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
- Confident and professional communication, whether by email, phone, or in person
- Solid PC and MS Office skills
