CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Associate. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues by exercising decision authority aligned with business strategies and ensuring timely case closure
- Manage customer pricing discounts and rebates by resolving disputes, monitoring delegated pricing authority, and analyzing profitability and SAP pricing errors
- Oversee end‑to‑end billing processes, including exception handling, audit controls, cancel‑and‑rebill management, and coordination with credit and receivables teams
- Proactively monitor billing accuracy and timeliness to minimize revenue leakage and improve margin outcomes for customers and the business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, account knowledge management, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Support high‑volume sales operations by managing large account portfolios while partnering with internal teams to enhance total customer experience
- Streamline customer administration and sales support processes by promoting technology solutions, CRM tools, and online customer platforms
- Maintain advanced SAP expertise in pricing and billing while continuously improving systems knowledge and operational efficiency
