Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Entry and verification of customer receipts in ERP/CRM systems
- Sending welcome mail / customer intimation after booking confirmation
- Pulling and updating booking details in ERP as per sales records
- Clearing suspense entries by coordinating with accounts and banking teams
- Handling and maintaining bank-related documents for customers
- Proper filing and record maintenance of customer and project documents
- Coordination for Agreement to Sale process and documentation
- Managing APF (Approved Project Finance) related documentation and bank coordination
