What You’ll Do

Build, QA, and schedule expansion email campaigns in Asana, Marketo and Salesforce
Draft campaign copy aligned to messaging strategy and recommend improvements where appropriate
Pull and analyze campaign performance data, sharing insights and optimization recommendations
Build and maintain campaign lists and audience segments with strong attention to accuracy
Support lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, and expansion through campaign execution and coordination
Maintain data hygiene and assist with reporting, tracking, and documentation across customer marketing initiatives
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns align to customer needs and expansion goals

The Experience You Bring

3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer marketing
Hands-on experience building campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
Strong attention to detail with experience in QA, list building, and campaign execution
Experience analyzing campaign performance and recommending improvements
Clear written communication skills with the ability to draft effective customer-facing emails
Comfort working with data and maintaining operational accuracy
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
