Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Linked to Execution Accuracy)
Reporting To: Operations Lead
Notice Period Preference: 30 Days or Less

Role Overview
We are hiring a Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of group tours.
This role requires strong coordination skills, documentation accuracy, vendor management experience, and the ability to independently handle time-sensitive situations.
This is not a planning role — this is an execution-heavy role.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tour operations including flights, hotels, transport, and vendor coordination
- Handle visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation tracking
- Maintain structured trackers for payments, documentation, and tour status
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Tour Leaders for smooth handovers
- Ensure zero missed deadlines for visas, payments, or vendor confirmations
- Act as primary post-booking contact for customers
- Independently resolve escalations and last-minute operational issues
- Collect structured post-tour feedback
- No last-minute documentation or booking failures
- Clean and updated trackers at all times
- Accurate vendor confirmations and payment records
- Minimal customer escalations
- Smooth tour execution with zero operational gaps
- 2–4 years of experience in Travel Operations (Mandatory)
- Experience handling group tours (domestic or international)
- Hands-on experience in visa processing & documentation
- Experience in vendor coordination (flights, hotels, transport)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Experience in senior citizen tours or group travel companies
- Exposure to international travel documentation
- Experience handling customer escalations
- High ownership role in a growing travel company
- Direct impact on tour quality and customer satisfaction
- Structured work environment (5-day work week)
- Clear growth path within operations
