You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with business objectives, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
