Curriculum Engineer (Data & AI)

About The Role

We are looking for a Curriculum Engineer who loves learning and building through real-world problem solving. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, data engineering, and Generative AI, where you'll design hands-on curriculum, build end-to-end projects, and improve learning experiences that mirror real industry challenges. If you enjoy breaking down complex problems, experimenting with new AI tools, and building things that actually work, this role is for you.

What You'll Do Data Analysis and Data Engineering Data Pipelines and ETL workflows Generative AI and Agentic AI systems Build end-to-end projects that solve real problems Create datasets, pipelines, and AI workflows for learning and evaluation Research emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in GenAI and agentic-based systems Collaborate with product, engineering, and teaching teams to continuously improve learning outcomes Think creatively to design out-of-the-box solutions for existing educational or technical problems

Required Skills Strong fundamentals in DSA and Data Analysis (Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, EDA) Understanding of data pipelines, ETL concepts, and basic data engineering workflows Hands-on exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, prompting, embeddings, RAG, etc.) Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts (tools, planning, multi-step reasoning, workflows) Ability to translate complex technical ideas into structured, easy-to-understand content Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to explore new ideas

Good to Have Experience building personal or academic projects in data or AI Understanding of software engineering basics (APIs, version control, modular design) Interest in teaching, mentoring, or technical content creation Who You Are A builder at heart; you learn best by doing Enthusiastic about experimenting with new ideas and technologies Comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended problems Self-driven, curious, and excited to work on meaningful projects Someone who thinks beyond textbook solutions
