CTO / Technical Co-Founder

We are building HumanityOS — Human Stability Infrastructure.

HumanityOS is designed to stabilize internal cognitive processing while external pressure continues to increase.

Instead of treating burnout as a motivation or lifestyle issue, HumanityOS approaches it as a system-level regulation problem and builds an operating system that enables calm-by-default stability, sustained focus, and clear decision-making under pressure.

Current stage:

• Founder-led architecture and research completed

• MVP platform currently ~50% built

• First version ready by March 2026

• Pilot cohort preparation underway

• First controlled batch planned

We are now looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder to help translate this architecture into a scalable platform.

Role focus

• Build and scale the HumanityOS platform

• Develop signal-based regulation systems and adaptive dashboards

• Work on AI-assisted pattern detection and system insights

• Lead product infrastructure from pilot → scalable platform

Ideal profile

• Strong systems thinker

• Experience in backend architecture, AI, or platform engineering

• Interested in building long-term infrastructure (not just apps)

• Comfortable working at an early-stage startup

This is a founding-stage opportunity, not a traditional job.

We are building a long-term institution, and the technical architecture will play a central role in scaling HumanityOS globally.
