About the Role

Bhash Software Labs is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Operations Analyst to manage

and optimize CRM processes, ensure data accuracy, and support sales operations. This role requires

analytical thinking, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to improving conversion and revenue

performance.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring lead and customer data accuracy.

• Handle end-to-end lead management, optimizing CRM workflows for better conversion rates.

• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline business processes.

• Mentor and guide junior team members in CRM tasks and daily operations.

• Generate and track monthly revenue performance from WhatsApp marketing (fresh and recharge leads).

• Build dashboards, reports, and trackers for internal performance and management reviews.

• Support team onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.

• Execute and optimize WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead engagement.

• Help reduce marketing costs by effectively leveraging existing and old leads.


Key Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or sales operations.

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Advanced Excel.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, or Tableau (preferred).

• Solid understanding of CRM systems and data analytics workflows.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor junior colleagues.
