Job Summary:

The Credit Control cum Billing Executive is responsible for accurate billing of car rental services, monitoring customer credit, and ensuring timely collection of payments while coordinating with operations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and issue accurate rental invoices as per contracts and trips

·       Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding payments

·       Follow up with clients for timely collections

·       Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

·       Prepare ageing reports and receivable MIS

·       Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounts for billing accuracy

·       Ensure compliance with company billing and credit policies

Requirements:

·       Experience in billing and credit control (car rental/logistics preferred)

·       Knowledge of invoicing, GST basics, and receivables management

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software

·       Good communication and follow-up skills
