Compensation: $95K/year-$105K/year + bonus

Location: Remote - USA/Canada/UK


Our client is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on longevity, brain health, and natural performance. Their new brand launching later this year: a bold, science-backed daily longevity drink with 88 ingredients, designed to go viral and redefine what it means to live longer and better.


They're seeking a Creative Strategist who specializes in developing high-converting creative strategies and scripts for e-commerce advertising. You'll shape our brand messaging, work with our internal creative team, and help launch a bold new longevity brand into the world.


The Role

You'll focus on developing creative strategies and scripts that convert browsers into buyers. You'll work closely with our in-house creative team (creative strategists, video editors, designer, copywriter, talent sourcer) to create compelling messaging for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid platforms. You'll split your time between our flagship brand and a new minimalist-meets-bold brand launching later this year.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective scripts for awareness-stage marketing content for META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other paid channels (70% of role)
  • Write performance-driven creative briefs for our design team that convert on paid platforms
  • Translate complex scientific benefits into clear, engaging messaging that drives action
  • Manage creative projects from conception through completion, ensuring strategic alignment
  • Develop creative angles and messaging frameworks based on customer insights and data


What We're Looking For

  • Understanding of performance marketing platforms - you know what works on Facebook ads, Instagram ads, TikTok ads, and other paid channels
  • Data-driven creative approach - you turn insights into creative angles that convert by looking at Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platform.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative strategy work - we need to see proven scripts, campaigns, and strategies that drove results
  • 3+ years of creative strategy and marketing experience for consumer brands (e-commerce/DTC preferred)
  • Strong scripting skills for awareness-stage content - you know how to hook cold audiences and drive them to action
  • Expertise in simplifying complex concepts - you can turn scientific benefits into compelling, easy-to-understand messaging
  • Agency or in-house creative strategy experience with demonstrable results
  • Use "longevity-focused" as the code word in your application
