Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview
Raptee is redefining what electric motorcycles mean to riders. As our Creative Lead, you’ll be the visionary behind our brand storytelling — ensuring every piece of content reflects Raptee’s bold, aspirational identity. You’ll guide the creative team to produce campaigns that inspire, engage, and break myths about EVs.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Lead the creative direction across all content formats (video, social media, campaigns, events).
- Develop and execute brand storytelling strategies that position Raptee as a premium, aspirational motorcycle brand.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into creative campaigns that resonate emotionally with audiences.
- Mentor and manage designers, editors, and content creators to deliver consistent, high‑impact work.
- Ensure brand consistency across platforms while experimenting with innovative formats and narratives.
- Analyze engagement metrics and audience insights to refine creative strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in automotive, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing aspirational campaigns and innovative storytelling.
- Expertise in visual aesthetics, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for motorcycles, design, and sustainability is highly desirable.
