Job Description

    • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies in alignment with ABATE’s corporate objectives.
    • Brand Management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, outdoor advertising, and PR campaigns.
    • Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and paid advertising to enhance brand engagement and visibility.
    • Creative Content Development
  • Supervise the creation of compelling video content, graphic design, and promotional materials for various campaigns.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, PR, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Innovation & Market Trends
  • Identify and implement emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
    • Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire the creative and marketing team to ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement.
    • Performance Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize effectiveness.
    • Budget Management
  • Plan and oversee budgets for creative and marketing projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
    • External Partnerships
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers when necessary to support marketing initiatives.
