Trust Matrix Analysis (TMA) is currently hiring a Cost Control Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support financial operations by monitoring costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate accounting practices in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and control operational and project-related costs
- Prepare cost reports and variance analyses
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Coordinate with management to improve cost efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost control methods
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
