Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Lead internal communications strategy aligned to leadership priorities and employee engagement.
- Own intranet governance, content strategy, and storytelling; manage newsletters and leadership communications.
- Plan and manage the annual communications calendar in partnership with HR and business teams.
External Communications
- Support Lennox India’s external communications, including media relations, corporate announcements, and leadership visibility in alignment with global standards.
Social Media & Brand Voice
- Own social media content strategy, calendars, and campaigns aligned to brand voice and employer branding.
- Partner with design and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, engaging content.
- Track performance and optimize content based on engagement insights.
Employer Branding & Culture
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to create authentic culture and employee storytelling.
- Develop employer branding content across social, careers, and internal platforms.
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor junior communications team members and set content standards and best practices.
- Act as a trusted content partner to leadership, HR, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Ensure message consistency across internal, external, and social channels.
Brand & Reputation
- Drive participation in awards and recognition platforms.
- Support development of corporate presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 Plus years of experience in communications or related fields.
- Strong expertise in marketing communications and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
