Corporate Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

• Lead internal communications strategy aligned to leadership priorities and employee engagement.
• Own intranet governance, content strategy, and storytelling; manage newsletters and leadership communications.
• Plan and manage the annual communications calendar in partnership with HR and business teams.

External Communications

• Support Lennox India’s external communications, including media relations, corporate announcements, and leadership visibility in alignment with global standards.

Social Media & Brand Voice

• Own social media content strategy, calendars, and campaigns aligned to brand voice and employer branding.
• Partner with design and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality, engaging content.
• Track performance and optimize content based on engagement insights.

Employer Branding & Culture

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to create authentic culture and employee storytelling.
• Develop employer branding content across social, careers, and internal platforms.

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor junior communications team members and set content standards and best practices.
• Act as a trusted content partner to leadership, HR, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ensure message consistency across internal, external, and social channels.

Brand & Reputation

• Drive participation in awards and recognition platforms.
• Support development of corporate presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 Plus years of experience in communications or related fields.
• Strong expertise in marketing communications and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
