Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Club Agent based in Vadodara. As a Corporate Club Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. You will contribute to lead generation, consult clients on suitable insurance plans, manage client portfolios, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving sales and business development targets.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, or insurance advisory
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective financial solutions
- Knowledge of life insurance products and the wider financial market
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Sales or financial certification is a plus
