He/she can lead simple projects (incl. planning and budget management). He/she begins to develop an aptitude for a project type (dcigital/brand/content, etc.). He/she contributes to the professionalization of Capgemini on new technologies (awareness, tools, methods). He/she contributes to innovation projects, either internally or for customer delivery.
