In This Role, You Will

Coordinate daily operations of the pre-school program, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Facilitate communication between parents and staff, providing updates on student development and program initiatives.
Organize training sessions and workshops for staff to enhance teaching strategies and professional growth.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the pre-school program.
Promote community involvement through outreach programs and partnerships with local organizations.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards to maintain a secure learning environment.
Encourage a culture of innovation by introducing new educational technologies and methodologies.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education.
Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative teaching practices.
Knowledge of current educational technologies and their application in early childhood settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
Certification in First Aid and CPR, along with any relevant state certifications.
