We are hiring a Contracts Professional to manage contracts, billing, variations, and coordination with vendors and contractors for real estate projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
- Billing certification and variation management
- Coordination with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Cost tracking and contract compliance
- Support commercial negotiations
- Experience in real estate / construction contracts
- Strong understanding of BOQs, billing, and commercial terms
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
