Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to handle our brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies, and be able to manage content calendars, captions, and performance tracking to improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute content calendars based on trends, campaigns, and business goals.
Write engaging captions, select hashtags, and optimize posts for reach and engagement.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve content strategy.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement them when relevant.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.
Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in developing and executing content strategies across digital platforms.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
Ability to identify and leverage social media trends.
Strong written communication and caption-writing skills.
Basic understanding of content creation and editing is a plus.
Portfolio or examples of managed social media accounts is required.
