About the Role

As the Senior Manager – Content, you will define the brand’s voice, create premium content, and lead communication for campaigns, launches, and digital initiatives.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain a premium, consistent brand voice.

Lead content planning for campaigns, launches, retail, CRM & social media.

Create long-form, short-form, editorial, and script-based content.

Develop narratives for festive/bridal campaigns, films, and product stories.

Guide and mentor writers, agencies, and creative partners.

Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.

Use consumer insights and engagement data to refine content strategy.

Explore new formats and luxury storytelling benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.

Strong understanding of luxury communication and consumer behavior.

Experience leading teams and managing creative agencies.

Creative thinking with strong execution and aesthetic sense.

Strategic mindset with the ability to drive high-quality content.

Qualifications

Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or similar fields.

8–10 years' experience in luxury, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium fashion brands.

Proven experience leading content strategy with a strong luxury portfolio.
