Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct detailed analysis of existing exam content to systematically identify underlying competencies and learning objectives.
Develop and refine practical mapping frameworks to link specific exam items with defined skills and knowledge areas.
Research and apply best practices in competency-based assessment, instructional design, and educational measurement.
Assist in drafting comprehensive reports and compelling presentations on competency mapping findings and recommendations.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including content developers and instructional designers, to ensure alignment and integration.
Contribute to data validation and quality assurance processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of mapped content.
