Job Description
- Lead requirement-gathering for end-to-end lending processes (origination, credit assessment, approval, disbursement, servicing).
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and data/process models.
- Support solution design for lending platforms, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulatory frameworks and internal credit policies.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops; document current-state and target-state business process flows.
- Partner with technology teams to validate design, support configuration, and drive SIT/UAT cycles.
- Conduct gap analysis across lending modules and contribute to product/platform enhancements.
