The Impact You’ll Drive
- Own and grow key client relationships with strategic partnership and proactive counsel
- Drive campaign delivery from start to scale—ensuring timeliness, quality, and performance

- Lead campaign performance reviews, delivering insights that unlock future growth
- Mentor junior team members, nurture collaboration, and foster team culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Creative, Media, Strategy—to ensure seamless execution
- Lead internal innovation initiatives—improving workflows, tools, and team rituals
What You’ll Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a creative or digital-first agency
- Proven ability to manage large campaigns and multi-stakeholder environments
- Confident client communicator—able to manage expectations, present ideas, and lead discussions
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly) to accelerate briefing, brainstorming, and feedback cycles
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Notion, or other campaign/project management platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Strategic thinker with storytelling skills, executional excellence, and a collaborative mindset
