Designation: Site engineer

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in civil engineering.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 Years.
  • Strong Knowledge of Construction methods, materials, and industry surveying.
  • Proficiency in MS excel, Auto Cad.

Job Description

  • Study and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and BOQ for estimation purposes.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.
  • Conduct site visit when required to verify quantities and assess actual site conditions
  • Monitor material consumption and compare with estimated quantities.
